Stepping stones across the first dyke

The sleeper bridge across the second dyke. It's narrow and will get slippery!
Just beyond the gate a steep slope leads down to the first dyke, crossed by stepping stones. The land from here is through pastureland and can be wet and boggy - it may be worth wearing wellies!
The footbridge across the second dyke is a narrow sleeper bridge which could be slippery. Please replace the rope/chain barriers as you cross the bridge. They are in place to prevent livestock from getting onto it.
From here it's a walk across pastureland to the river bank.
Good open bank gives an opportunity to try for Chub with the fly?
Reputedly a good head of Bream, good Chub under the trees on the opposite bank and Pike to 20lb.
