Coal Yard stretch

Park on the road near to the entrance to the coal yard and walk down the track to towards the river (you can ask at the yard to park nearer - but be sure not to get shut in!)

Bear to your left, skirting the coal yard.
Turn right towards the river. Cross a small dyke bridge to reach the river.

300yards of deep bends, slow flow from right to left as you enter.
Walking downstream, variable depths and shelter opposite from the willow plantation and a small island before one comes to the top of Earsham Wier where the stretch finishes.

Nice pole fishing area.
