Club membership, Day Tickets and lake access compliance

As of Friday 22nd May Club Cards can be purchased from Crossways at Ellingham and the Caravan Park next to the Common.

Day tickets are also available from these outlets but only allow the angler to fish the Common Pond.

There will be a mail out this weekend for all those anglers who have forwarded money to the Treasurer for their Club Cards.
So you should receive next week.

Please read and comply with COVID-19 access rules.

One issue to re-iterate is that people are not reading the signs on the gates and rules are being broken. i.e. using two rods, leaving the gates open, including the main gate to the lake, (If an otter gets in it will be very costly) and walking round the lake.

Some of these rules are not there because we want them but because they are the Gov/Ang Trust guidelines.
It has even been discussed as to shutting the lakes again for a short period.

So if any member sees a rule being broken or gates left open please tell them or report to the Club.

The only people walking around the lake will be Club Officials who should have their identification badges on.

Thank you for your co operation.
