Fishing is from Sunrise to Sunset only – no night fishing.
This fairly shallow lake (5ft) is primarily a Carp water with Common and Mirrors to low double figures. However, Roach, Rudd Tench and Perch can also be found and some good specimens have been caught.
The main lake is fishable by club members for 52 weeks of the year using barbless hooks only.
ONLY ONE ROD SHALL BE IN USE AT ANY TIME.
The small pond adjacent to the lake is a private stock pond – Please keep away from here – NO FISHING!
The Club takes over full control with responsibility of ensuring only its Members fish and each Member will take away any litter, rubbish, and excess bait etc.
No BBQs or fires permitted.
All gates must be closed and padlocked after entry and exit as livestock may be present.
Car Parking ONLY in the two designated areas as indicated on the fencing to each side of the entry gate. Please park vehicles nose-in to the fence at one of these designated areas and carry your tackle from here. 
Vehicles are NOT PERMITTED to drive any further than these designated parking places FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER.
A toilet is available on site all year – please use it!
Any Land or Buildings away from the perimeter of the Lake is STRICTLY PRIVATE and any TRESPASS will result in the withdrawal of Club Membership
Shooting takes place on the Estate.
FISH ONLY ON THE PEGS PROVIDED & KEEP OFF SLEEPER STANDS/JETTIES (H&S RISK). The jetties are not designated swims and must not be used as such.
Please note – even though the water is relatively shallow (up to 5 feet) there is deep water in front of each swim. They have been dredged to allow for proper installation of keepnets.
