Working Party at Outney Common Pond.
Friday 10th and Saturday 11th October.
From 9.00am onward.
Please come along and lend a hand even if for only a few hours.
It will improve access to Common Pond and make a much improved water to fish.
It’s been a while since any maintenance work was undertaken here so there is a lot of work to do.
Most of the work will involve clearing/trimming willow scrub and undergrowth around the pond and associated footpaths so please bring, loppers, shears, handsaws and rakes if you have any available.
Also, safety glasses, gardening/work gloves and sturdy boots would be prudent.
